The LW Node connects to a wide range of BMS lithium batteries via Bluetooth Low Energy or CAN bus. It reads every data point the BMS exposes and sends it to the Lithium Watch cloud platform via cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity.
Every 60 seconds, the LW Node reads your battery management system and transmits a full snapshot of its state. No data is left behind. You get the same level of detail as if you were standing next to the battery with a Bluetooth app on your phone — but from anywhere in the world.

Connect from anywhere in the world. The LW Node supports 4G/LTE cellular connectivity — no on-site Wi-Fi required. We can reach your devices wherever they're deployed, from remote hilltops to construction sites.
Built-in GPS module reports real-time location of every device. Track your assets on a live map, review location history, and know exactly where your batteries are at all times.
Set virtual boundaries around your assets. If a device is moved outside its designated area — especially after hours — you'll get an instant alert via SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Configurable time windows, dwell times, and speed alerts.
Optional internal battery backup keeps the LW Node running even when the main power source is disconnected. If someone disconnects the batteries or cuts the power, the node continues to report its GPS location and status. Multiple battery backup sizes available.

Up and running in three simple steps. No apps to install, no complex configuration.
Place the LW Node near your batteries, within BLE range. Power it with the included USB-C cable, or opt for 12V/24V/48V DC direct wiring. The optional internal battery backup keeps it running even if power is cut.
On first boot, the LW Node creates a Wi-Fi hotspot. Connect to it from your phone and enter your Client Code and PIN. For cellular units, we pre-configure the SIM — it's plug and play.
The node auto-discovers compatible batteries in range, registers with the cloud, and starts reporting. Log in to your dashboard to see live data, GPS locations, set up geofences, and configure alerts.
